Enify Boards I Creating Boards

Boards in Enify combine Elements with Layouts to create a collection of information you need to perform a task. Here is how you create Boards.

Creating Boards

To create a Board, simply drag your Elements onto the Layouts at the top of the screen in Enify and save them.

Getting started

• • To create a board you need to select a Layout https://help.enify.no/en/getting-started-with-environment-and-layouts.  Select a Layout suitable for what you want to display on your screen.

Creating Boards

• • To create a Board, simply drag your elements - whether they were created by you or shared with you - onto the selected Layout in the work area of the screen. As you drag the elements onto the Layout, they will appear on the screen. If you want to experiment with a different layout, all your selected elements will move to the right-hand box for easy rearrangement. This feature allows you to minimize elements, keeping important applications and information easily accessible without cluttering your screen space.
  • Once you are satisfied with the elements and their arrangement, click on the Save Board button at the top of the Work box to save your board. Remember to name it in the My Boards section. Additionally, you can select multiple elements and click "Save Board" from the element menu to have Enify populate the elements randomly on your available layout.
