Enify Boards I How to use "Boards"

Enify's Boards feature allows you to consolidate information from multiple applications and systems, so you can quickly access your documents, apps, and data for common tasks.

What are Boards in Enify?

A Board is a collection of your daily tasks and relevant information from various systems. They combine your chosen elements with a relevant layout for easy access. You can create your own boards to quickly access the information you need to perform common tasks. Boards are managed by the people who use them, and you don't need to learn any complex software to build one. With just one click, you can start a board and have every element you need on your screen.

By sharing Workspaces and Boards, you can ensure that everyone on your team is using the same information and tools to carry out their work consistently. Whether it's for daily operational work, organizational tasks, procedures, or meetings, boards can simplify and accelerate the process, and help structure how you work.

How to find your boards?

Boards are available under every workspace you have access to. By looking at the board, you can see the name, information about it, who created it, and the option to pin it.

If you want to know more about a board, simply double-click on it to open its details.

• When you click on the Play icon, all elements in that board will open and be placed on a chosen layout your screen. 
• If you are currently working on a board and attempt to open another one, Enify will prompt you to decide whether you want to keep the elements you have already opened or close them down.
• If you make changes to the elements in a Board while working, you have the option to save the new layout and update the Board. Alternatively, you can easily revert back to the original layout by clicking on the play button.
  
  

• Once you are done with your task, you can stop the board in the same manner as you started it. The Play icon will be replaced with a Stop icon. This gives you the choice to either close all the elements opened by the board or keep them open for future use. After stopping the board, you are then able to begin a new board to assist with your next task.

If you have made changes to the elements in a Board, such as moving, minimizing, or changing path/URL, you can easily revert back to the original layout by clicking the Refresh board button next to the Stop board button.

You can also use the search box to quickly find boards that interest you and use tags to organize them.
