How to install Enify in your Organization

A quick guide to help you and your team get started smoothly.

1. Receiving the Download Link

We’ll send you a secure email with the Enify installer.

Depending on your organization’s policy settings, you may experience:

Expected: The email arrives in your inbox.
Possible issue: The email is caught in spam or quarantine.
→ Ask your IT team to check or release the email if needed.

2. Downloading the Installer

Click the link in the email to download the Enify setup file.

Depending on your organization’s policy settings, you may experience:

Expected: The file downloads normally — typically to your Downloads folder.

Possible issue: A browser, antivirus, or network policy blocks the file.
→ We can also send the file securely through Microsoft Teams or another approved channel.

3. Running the Installer

Double-click the downloaded file and follow the steps in the setup wizard.

Depending on your organization’s policy settings, you may experience:

Expected: The installation completes without issue.
Common issue: Admin rights are required to proceed.
→ Use a local admin account or ask your IT team to install Enify.

4. First Launch and Sign-in

Enify will start automatically after installation.

Sign in using the Microsoft 365 account that received the Enify invitation.

Depending on your organization’s policy settings, you may experience:

Expected: Sign-in completes via Single Sign-On (SSO).
Important: Enify needs admin consent in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) the first time it’s used in your organization.

This step must be completed by someone with one of the following roles:

  • Global Administrator

  • Privileged Role Administrator

  • Cloud Application Administrator

  • Application Administrator

✦ Tips for a Smooth Start

  • Ask IT to approve Enify in advance — this often saves the most time
